Blood pressure as a critical subject

The circulation of blood all over body on the walls of the internally present blood vessels is known as blood pressure. This pressure is caused due to the heart’s work of pumping blood all throughout the circulatory system. Blood pressure is also defined as the pressure of the system circulation happening in the large arteries of the body. Over 80 more than 120 and over 90 less than 140 is the blood pressure range. If the blood pressure is not normal try to keep a balance.

This will help to continue with a healthy living. If people suffer with low blood pressure then they should try to increase the pressure. On the other hand when a person is suffering from high blood pressure they should try to lower the blood pressure. The normal blood pressure for people less in the age of 65 is 140/90 mm HG. The people with the age above 65 is 150/80 mm Hg. Nowadays recent surveys say that men whose age is above 55 suffer from hypertension. This constitutes about 72- 79 percent of the population. This percent of people were considered healthy.

Symptoms

One cannot feel that they are suffering from high blood pressure. But there are some warning signals. If you get to know the warning signals then you must visit a doctor as soon as possible.

Controlling this problem

Do as per your doctor recommends. Maintaining a balanced blood pressure is very important for healthy living.

There are many medicines which can control the different levels of blood pressure. Take the medicines as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take any step without the prescription of the doctor
